Pure silk, the nose is radiant like a sunrise with the softest, discrete, subtle crême brulée, light touches of a fondu fresh and grilled white and yellow fruits. Fine cristalline bubbles and crunchy ground white minerals lead us teasingly to the salivating palate, with wet and dry textures like the last crumbs of croissants. Strong, yet glidingly silky above all due to the 5% Blanc Vrai, with white and yellow fruits, a bitter orange conductor, and very lightly apricot purée at the end, like a sunset. Romantic delicatesse, we have been seduced. Coup de Coeur.
