A lovely plot-based cuvée, vintage as a premier cru with four years on laths and a measured dosage of 6 g/l. We like dried fruit (apricot...) on a background of honey and yellow-fleshed fruit. Delicious, with a bitterness that makes you want to come back for more. Try it with a pigeon pastilla with apricots, for example.
