Dominated by Pinot Noir (98%) and enhanced by a hint of Chardonnay, this Champagne is very dry on the palate, characterized by a frank, straightforward minerality. Still dominated by tangy, fresh citrus notes, it needs a few more years to deliver its aromatic complexity. Best served with roast game birds and wild mushrooms.
