Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Florian de Perre owns a confidential estate in the Bordeaux region. After studying viticulture and oenology, he acquired 0.90 hectares of PDO Graves in the commune of Cérons in 2012. He has recently extended this area with 2 hectares that he farms in the Barsac appellation. Further plantings are planned. From the outset, the vines have been worked organically, without being certified. In 2023, Florian de Perre decided to convert them officially.
