Winery presentation by Gault&Millau

Domaine Clos Aguilem was created in 2015 by 18 wine-loving partners. Jean-Charles Auffret looked after it alone. In 2023, Andrew Jarvie joined him. They work just over 15 hectares of organically farmed vines. The vines are spread over more than twenty different plots and a mosaic of terroirs.
