Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
In the 1950s, the Cave Coopérative de Neuville-sur-Seine et Buxeuil sought a name for their champagne brand, and took inspiration from the Clarembaud dynasty, lords of Chappes (in the Aube department). Neuville-sur-Seine is located at the southernmost tip of the Champagne appellation zone, and the winery is made up of 78 winegrowers who manage over 170 ha of vines.
