Gault&Millau's review
This small family estate of the Aube region was created in 1974 when Bernard Farfelan and his son Claude resolved to clear the abandoned slopes of the village. The estate now owns over 7 hectares of vines in steep slope that can only be worked using a “crawler”. In 2018, the estate got the Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne certification.
