A cuvée of character with a brilliant golden color. The fine bubbles sparkle sparsely. The nose is subtle and biscuity, delicately expressing candied citrus, vine peaches, exotic fruits, bergamot and sugared almonds. On the palate, the wine is creamy and chalky, with a sustained minerality. Ideal as an aperitif or with lobster minestrone with basil.
