Gault&Millau's review
2019
89/100
This cuvée is both pastry and oriental: puff pastry, macadamia nuts, praline, then peach in syrup, vanilla and a hint of menthol. The mouthfeel is creamy and deliciously milky. The dosage is a little too consensual, but nonetheless makes a fine match with sea bass en papillote, Noilly and Isigny cream.
