The nose, ripe and mellow, delivers caramel, brioche, blue and violet berries and round, opening fruit. Soft mousse and bubbles melt into a sweet palate of ripe, cooked fruit (apple, pear) and stone fruit. Then violet-scented berries arrive and reinforce the finish, which becomes less sweet, yet remains fresh. A happy, gourmet wine.
