On this estate, wine is a family affair, as the Dutron family has owned this winery since 1835. "We've been winemakers from father to son," says Denis Dutron, who now vinifies the vintages with his son Maxime. The next generation is already here. Wines are produced in the pouilly-fuissé, mâcon-fuissé, mâcon-vinzelles and saint-véran appellations. Concerned about the soil, the growers take great care of their vines by adopting organic farming principles, including the use of ploughing.
