Varietal" wines, with their no-nonsense mouthfeel, are out of fashion, and that's a shame. After all, isn't the most important thing the fruit, which reflects the terroir? Here, maturity is "al dente", with sage, apple, exotic fruit (lots of it), white pepper and acacia.

Founded in 1970 with strong convictions, the estate has been run organically from the outset. Château Saint-Hilaire is located in Castres-Gironde, in the heart of the Graves region. The family produces 16 hectares of red, dry and sweet white wines.
