A nose full of promise, with hints of apples, dried mangoes, honey and white flowers. On the palate, the attack is fresh and the texture fleshy. Full-bodied yet elegant, with a flattering fruitiness. The finish is spicy and almost tannic. An ideal wine to accompany white meat in sauce.

Château Lacroux

The Derrieux family has been farming the land in Cestayrols since 1615. Vineyards and the native grape varieties of Gaillac came to the forefront after the end of World War II. In 2016, François and Pierre-Laurent joined their fathers, Jean and Philippe, to carry on the estate’s legacy while promoting the environment, the terroir, and their wines. The estate received organic certification in 2020. The family welcomes you for tours and tastings and also offers hiking trails.
