Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
The Derrieux family has been farming the land in Cestayrols since 1615. Vineyards and the native grape varieties of Gaillac came to the forefront after the end of World War II. In 2016, François and Pierre-Laurent joined their fathers, Jean and Philippe, to carry on the estate’s legacy while promoting the environment, the terroir, and their wines. The estate received organic certification in 2020. The family welcomes you for tours and tastings and also offers hiking trails.
