Gault&Millau's review
Château la Canorgue is located in the heart of the Luberon, in Bonnieux, in the French department of Vaucluse. Its name comes from the underground pipes that the Romans built into the rock to collect water. A family property for over 200 years, Jean-Pierre Margan has been managing the vineyard since the 1970s, using organic and biodynamic methods. In fact, it was the very first AB-certified estate in the Luberon. His daughter, Nathalie, is now the fifth generation to perpetuate this quest for quality and respect for the vines and the environment.
