Gault&Millau's review
Château de Jonquières has been a family estate since the 12th century, making it one of the oldest in the Languedoc. Since 2014, Charlotte and Clément de Béarn, representing the 32nd generation, have taken over the vineyard and winegrowing part of the business, and work 10 hectares in organic farming in the terrasses-du-larzac appellation. François and Isabelle de Cabissole, the 31st generation, look after the guest rooms in the château.
