Tasted last year, this cuvée has acquired great complexity with a further year in bottle. Still endowed with dashing sapidity, the wine develops length and balance on the palate, with notes of evolution and crystalline, thirst-quenching bubbles. Chalkiness, fine bitters and fatness complete the picture. Best served with gourmet dishes such as poularde demi-deuil.
