On the palate, the attack is all finesse, with discreet bubbles in harmony with the elegant aromatic profile. The wine is delicate and airy on the palate, without being devoid of substance. Slight notes of sweet spice linger before a fresh, softly bitter finish.

Laurence and Manon develop and manage wine tourism, while Bruno and Guillaume produce the brand's cuvées.
