A lovely, very spring-like freshness opens the aromas, followed by notes of honeyed flowers (acacia, broom) and vine peach. The palate is taut and dashing, with a body that evokes dill and cloves. Aromas of calendula and chamomile add sweetness and contribute to the overall tenderness. The dosage is present, but balances perfectly with the acidity.

Charles Mignon is a family business founded by Bruno and Laurence Mignon, assisted today by their children, Manon and Guillaume. Laurence and Manon develop and manage wine tourism, while Bruno and Guillaume produce the brand's cuvées.
