Gault&Millau's review
In 1971, Armand Rollin was the first to install a wine press in the village of Bragelogne-Beauvoir, in the heart of the Côte des Bar region. His son Daniel began making champagne in 1982, mainly for friends and family. Since 2010, Daniel's daughter Sandrine and Éric Braux have been managing the family estate, which comprises 7.5 hectares of vines planted mainly with Pinot Noir on clay-limestone soils. The estate has been committed to the Terra Vitis label since 2012, and by 2021 will be HVE and VDC certified. Importantly, all their wines are made without added sulfites.
