Pierre Brocard
Thibaud Brocard is the fifth generation to bottle champagnes from this house. He took over the family estate in 2012 and, from the outset, opted for sustainable, responsible viticulture. The estate will be certified organic in 2023. Based in Celles-sur-Ource, in the Côte des Bar region, Thibaud benefits from beautiful terroirs such as Kimmeridgian marls. To elaborate his cuvées, he favors vintages with a long ageing period on laths, with a single grape variety, on a single hillside.
