Gault&Millau's review
After studying oenology and the wine and spirits trade in Beaune, Guillaume Phélizot joined the domaine in 2000, inspired by the family passion passed down through three generations. The estate covers more than 3 ha of hillside vineyards in Arrentières, Bar-sur-Aube and Engente. He cultivates the three main Champagne grape varieties (pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay) and produces around 18,000 bottles of champagne. As a member of the "Champagnes de vignerons" collective, which brings together over 5,000 winegrowers, Guillaume guarantees that his champagnes come from vines he grows himself and are produced on his own estate.
