This champagne first seduces with a discreet nose of brioche, pear in syrup, small white flowers and a smoky hint of cracked matches. On the palate, the aromatic energy asserts itself: lemon, kumquat, butter, salted butter caramel, white fruits and a spicy touch of coriander. Light, creamy and balanced, it seduces with its smoothness and saline finish, revealing a versatile character, both refined and full of personality.

Locret-Lachaud

The Locret family has been growing grapes since the 18th century, but it was in 1920 that Gaston Locret and his wife Marie-Louise Lachaud decided to market their production. Several generations have followed, and it is Charlotte, the fourth generation, who continues to develop the estate in the village of Hautvillers. Harvesting and handling, she produces three cuvées made from the three main Champagne grape varieties. The house is open to visitors and also offers a gîte for rent.
