Fournaise-Voisin
Jean Fournaise arrived in the village of Lagery in the 1950s. After taking over a 60-acre farm, he began growing vines and marketing his champagne under the name Champagne Fournaise-Massart in the 1970s. His son Jean-Claude took over and founded Champagne Fournaise-Voisin in 1977. In 2019, Élodie and her husband Michaël continue the family business. They practice integrated viticulture, limiting inputs and favoring sustainable methods, and obtain the VDC (sustainable viticulture in Champagne) label in 2020 and HVE (high environmental value) in 2022.
