A closed nose at first, which after a while takes us to the Orient with its notes of makroud, dates, then chestnut flour and white fruit. The bubbles are light and the attack soft and round. The dosage is well marked, accentuated by the greediness of the Pinot Meunier. On the finish, past the applesauce, there's a hint of 5-spice. A gourmet champagne to be drunk as it is eaten.

Christian Naudé

The Naudé family has owned vineyards for over 100 years. It was Christian Naudé who decided in the 1980s to champagnize his wines and create a champagne under his own name. Today, Christian's son, Magalie and Geoffroy, manage the 5-hectare estate, located between Bonneil and Charly-sur-Marne, in the Marne Valley. Their vines, planted with the three main grape varieties (chardonnay, pinot noir, meunier) on limestone and chalk subsoils, enable them to produce a wide range of wines.
