Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
From the first vines acquired in 1962, exclusively in the Hermonville area, the family now cultivates some 15 hectares, including plots on the beautiful soils of the Saint-Thierry massif, as far as Sacy. This diversity of terroirs makes it possible to cultivate the three great Champagne grape varieties, and to obtain a wide range of aromas for their cuvées. Annie Dormay, a harvester and handler, took over the estate in 1992 on the death of her husband, André - whose name will remain on some of the labels. Their three children, Nadège, Stéphane and Sylvain, are now also part of the adventure.
