Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
This Champagne estate is, above all, a family affair, with three generations united by a shared commitment. Spanning 9 hectares—including a clos (a rarity in Champagne) in the heart of the Marne Valley—the plots are generally located on the right bank and enjoy ideal exposure. They are planted with 50% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Noir. Only the finest first-press juices are used, and the dosage liqueurs are crafted according to a family recipe to ensure authenticity and excellence. Full-size bottles, half-bottles, and magnums are still riddled by hand.
