Winery presentation by Gault&Millau

Since 2017, Jacques Paillard-Chauvet, representing the fifth generation, has been managing this estate, which comprises just under 9 hectares of vineyards planted primarily with Pinot Noir. The vineyard is located across four villages classified as Grand Cru and one village classified as Premier Cru, spread across seven plots of clay-limestone soil. The estate prioritizes plot-by-plot winemaking to select the best from its terroirs.
