This blanc de noirs has a classic light lemon-yellow color. The nose is reminiscent of sponge cake, with an essence of white fruits (pear, apple, peach) and a hint of rose. The foam is frothy with powerful bubbles. The palate is bittersweet, with a hint of salinity and minerality, and a marked pear character. Refreshing and well-balanced, this wine offers a powerful, sharp finish.
