Justin Maillard, a graduate in viticulture and oenology, has taken over the family estate run by his mother, Brigitte Baroni, and now calls it "By Justin Maillard". Like his mother, he is committed to natural viticulture, avoiding the use of insecticides and herbicides, halfway between sustainable agriculture and organic farming.
