Maison Brimoncourt is a historically well-established brand, acquired in 2008 by Alexandre Cornot, a visionary wine enthusiast from the Champagne region. Based in Aÿ and housed in a magnificent mansion in the center of Reims, the house has surrounded itself with a young, efficient team. The brand embodies both lightness and joy, with a wide range of champagnes masterfully blended by a young oenologist with a definite taste for elegant, pure, chiselled wines. The house is slowly but surely making a name for itself among the appellation's benchmarks. The extra-brut seems to us to reflect this Champagne philosophy particularly well.
