This historic brand was acquired in 2008 by Alexandre Cornot, a visionary of Champagne wines who has surrounded himself with an efficient team. The house carefully selects its Chardonnays from the Sézannais and the famous Côte des Blancs regions. Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier come from the Reims mountains and the Marne valley. The brand offers a wide range of champagnes blended by a young oenologist with a definite taste for elegant, pure, chiselled wines. Brimoncourt is slowly making a name for itself, as the extra-brut reveals.

Brimoncourt, située à Aÿ, dans le cœur historique du vignoble champenois, évolue dans des bâtiments et jardins bicentenaires, symbolisant un engagement à soigner chaque étape de l'élaboration de ses vins. L’hôtel particulier Brimoncourt, construit en 1875 à Reims, abrite leur quartier général depuis désormais 150 ans. Inspirée par l’esprit Régence du XVIIIe siècle, la maison incarne un hommage intemporel à l’histoire des vins de Champagne, fondé sur les valeurs d’élégance, de partage, d’indépendance et de légèreté.
