All the sweetness of a vine peach, between the velvety skin, juicy pulp and soft almond that accompany red fruit aromas. On aeration, fresher notes of yellow lemon juice emerge, accompanied by lime zest. This freshness is reflected in a chiselled body with a fine, dynamic structure. Not full-bodied, but with tension that carries through to a finish balanced by the dosage.

Briaux Lenique

Pol Briaux and Christian Lenique created the Briaux Lenique champagne brand in 1965. After almost fifty years in business, they passed the reins to their daughters, Nathalie and Stéphanie. The estate is located on the clay-limestone slopes of the Marne valley around the village of Mardeuil, 3 kilometers from Épernay. The 4-hectare vineyard comprises 21 plots, half of which are planted with Pinot Meunier, 30% with Chardonnay and 20% with Pinot Noir. The range comprises five cuvées.
