No dosage to allow this magnificent but still too young vintage to express itself through its terroir. In spite of everything, the palate remains wise and not too opulent. The chalky texture expresses itself delicately, and the richness of the harvest will enable this cuvée to age for a long time, to be enjoyed with a potée champenoise.
