This vintage was made with the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from 2013, declared a great year by the House. A brilliant gold color with youthful highlights. The nose is harmonious, offering notes of white fruit, dried fruit, dried flowers, fresh mushrooms and pomelo zest. The attack is supple and honeyed, enlivened by fine, impetuous bubbles. The finish is equally honeyed. A wine for grilled fish, served with fennel fricassee.
