Made from the 2018 harvest from a plot of old Meunier vines, this is a very gourmet wine despite the low dosage, with apple “tapée” (baked then smashed), balanced by superb minerality and a saline finish. A good champagne that will take pride of place with shrimps cooked in coconut milk and sweet spices.

Established in 1893 in Cuchery, on the right bank of the Vallée de la Marne, the house is managed today by Cathy and Benjamin Beurton. The 13 hectares of vines are planted on the clay-limestone soils of Cuchery and Baslieux-sous-Châtillon giving the champagnes minerality and freshness.
