Founded in 1843 on the waterfront in Aÿ, Besserat de Bellefon is now based in Épernay. For nearly two centuries, it has brought its elegance to the tables and premier venues of the capital, crafting wines reserved for the exclusive worlds of fine dining, the hospitality industry, wine merchants, and gourmet food shops. BB—two letters that epitomize French refinement, a certain boldness, and the independence of a distinctive style. Besserat de Bellefon also promises a champagne whose bubbles are 30% finer than those of a traditional champagne.
