With its airy mousse, the palate has a creamy attack with lots of sweetness (dosage 35 g/l). This cuvée is made from the same blend as the Réserve Brut, so we find the same fruit aromas, but stewed, with hints of dried straw. The finish is long, marked by pear and apple compote... and sugar. To harmonize this sweetness, this wine should be served with spicy Asian dishes (India or Thailand).
