On the nose, the wine develops an elegant, subtle fragrance of white stone fruit and baked apple. Everything is delicate, right down to the crystalline yellow color. On the palate, the attack is frank and saline, with fresh citrus fruits and a creamy texture. With great finesse, this 2013 will delight the best palates as an aperitif or with turbot in choron sauce.

Anne-Laure Beerens runs the estate and explores the richness of the terroir of the Côtes des Bar on a bit more than 7 hectares. She grows the three main varieties from the Champagne region as well as Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris which are the specific features of this vineyard. They received the Terra Vitis certification by the viticulture they practice involving working the soils, permanent cover crops, organic amendments and the use of organic products.
