Un vin sur la retenue, la réserve et l’incroyable sensation «crayeuse», texturée, sur fond floral. C’est une infusion, un pastel. Un muscadet qui va se livrer, mais qui restera plus délicat que puissant. On aime cette impression flottante et évanescente d’un breuvage qui susurre plus qu’il ne fanfaronne. À servir avec du thon cru et autre carpaccio à connotation marine.

Bedouet

The Bedouet estate is a family adventure in the Muscadet vineyards, which began with Henri Bedouet, cooper and sharecropper, and his wife Agathe. His son Henri took over in 1957, first as a sharecropper, then as a farmer from 1977, with his wife Marie-Jo. Michel joined the estate in 1985, bought it in 1990 and began converting the vineyard to organic farming in 2010, harvesting his first organic grapes in 2013. His son Antonin joined the team in 2015, bringing his mechanical and cultivation expertise, and became a partner in 2020. Michel and Antonin work their 19 hectares of vines together, respecting the natural balance and cultivating the land to produce healthy, high-quality grapes, in keeping with the great terroirs.
