Gault&Millau's review
Jean-André Charial, chef and owner of L'Oustau de Baumanière (18/20, 4 G&M toques), makes his own wines, which he vinifies and ages at two other estates in the Baux-de-Provence PDO (Domaine de Lauzières and Domaine Fontchêne). The vines, in the heart of the Alpilles, are worked biodynamically. He currently offers two ranges: "L'Affectif" and "L'Invitation".
