Very floral on the nose, this Vintage expresses itself on the palate with pleasant acid notes. Flavors of fresh herbs and liveliness prolong the tasting experience. This young cuvée should wait a few years to accompany a tuna tartar with citrus fruit.

Antoine Bouvet

This small 5-hectare family estate was created in the 1970s by Antoine Bouvet, who took over the family business from his grandfather. All the vines are located in the three premier crus of Bisseuil, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Avenay-Val-d'or, in the Grande Vallée de la Marne. Half the vineyard is cultivated using biodynamic methods (tillage with grassing and ploughing, no chemical weedkillers), and the wines are aged in barrels.
