This cuvée, entirely issued from Pinot Noir has been aged for 7 to 8 months in barrels. It reveals a delightfully complex bouquet with aromas of pastries, tonka beans and raspberries, refreshed by zests of mandarin. On the palate, this champagne is all delicacy, with notes of powdered roses and roasted hazelnuts in finish. A champagne of great finesse to tasted on its own, just for the pleasure of it.
