This cuvée, composed of 60% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir, is a success. The aromas of shortcrust pastry and dried apricots are delightful and the flavours of and roasted hazelnuts and nougatine are delectable. This champagne could be paired with poultry with chestnuts.
