The clear color with fine bubbles precedes a taut, incisive palate, expressing tension and freshness, with lovely lemony notes. The winemaker has made the right choice to let the terroir and this confidential grape variety express themselves by minimizing the dosage (barely 2 g/l). A wine for connoisseurs and newcomers alike. Perfect with a seafood platter, not forgetting lemon.

The 5-hectare estate, located on the slopes of the Ource valley, was established in 1973. In the 1920s, it was home to Aube's leading wine merchant. The vines are planted on clay-limestone soil, a guarantee of finesse and freshness for the wines. In 2021, the estate won the gold medal at the world rosé competition. It produces single-cell Chardonnay cuvées, a perpetual reserve of Pinot Noir initiated in 2013, and a 100% Pinot Blanc cuvée. Independent, the house vinifies only its own grapes. Production is unfortunately limited, but the value for money is very attractive, and the estate is happy to welcome you by appointment.
