The color tends towards raspberry. The palate is particularly refreshing thanks to a well-balanced dosage of 5.2 g/l, rounding out this rather tonic wine. An appetizing rosé like we'd like to taste more often, with discreet tannins and luscious flesh. Enjoy it as an aperitif with Italian-style antipasti such as tomato confit or peppers stuffed with fresh ewe's milk cheese.
