This cuvée takes us on a wild ride. A little atypical, with a particularly present fruitiness (yellow and white fruits) and notes of juniper, golden and curry. If you like new discoveries, go for a gourmet pairing with pineapple pork. You'll want to keep a close eye on this house, which will be making a name for itself as much for its work in the vineyards as for its winemaking, which is as uncluttered as possible.
