A cuvée made exclusively from the fine 2012 harvest, dosed at 7g/l. On the palate, the greediness provided by the dosage and the ripeness of the harvest balances the power of the bitters. The sweetness perceived on the finish is welcome and will go wonderfully well with a Vallée d'Auge chicken cooked with the same champagne.
