This parcel-based cuvée has the same characteristics as the Cuvée Paradis, but is vinified in 205-liter Champagne barrels. The rich nose is adorned with a hint of vanilla. On the palate, candied, buttery and spicy flavors accompany thirst-quenching freshness. This mealtime wine is the perfect accompaniment to chicken au vin jaune.
