Chef's Restaurant It's a discreet pleasure never to be denied, a noble provincial address that Marc-Willy Zorn continues to carry off with flying colors. On the main avenue leading to the royal city, the table plays the card of a classic bourgeois home, with a hushed atmosphere, subdued lighting and Sunday crockery, to welcome the chef's technical and meticulous compositions, highlighting all the experience of the past years. In the summer season, a low-temperature-cooked organic egg, bell pepper cream, spinach fondue and raw fennel; pollack and pan-fried zucchini, rigatoni, langoustine cream and miso; roast poultry supreme, gnocchi, pickled cherries and tarragon sauce; chocolate gianduja cream, crumble and hazelnut ice cream.
