Gourmet Restaurant This is good news for Neuillyans, who no longer need to travel across Paris to enjoy the kind of honorable Japanese cuisine that can be found near the Opéra. Different omakasé menus revolve around classics such as chawanmushi flan, fish lacquered with soy and dashi broth with fish bones, and of course sushi, which the chef cuts to order behind his counter overlooking the dining room. The fish varies according to arrivals, for sushi and maki of the highest quality: brill, yellowtail, shrimp, red tuna, ventrèche, cuttlefish, horse mackerel and, on this particular day, fatty eel. For dessert, the inevitable Japanese pastries, more "kawaii" than really "oishii". Burgundy wine list, saké, service a little effete.
